It seems a lot of people on Vallejo Street have decided to move on recently. There are currently 7 homes for sale over a 10 block stretch of the most beautiful section of the street in Pacific Heights. Prices range from $2,349,000 for a 2 bedroom, 2000 sq ft condo to $15,998,000 for a magnificent 4 bedroom, 8675 sq ft home. Here are some of my favorites!
2349 Vallejo (Jeffrey Castaldo, Castaldo Properties) is the newest listing and also the most affordable at $2.349MM. My favorite feature is the fantastic hidden TV in the mirror above the fireplace – when it is off it just looks like an elegant mirror. So chic!
And given that I am thinking a lot about gardens right now I got a shot of the sweet garden off the elegant “hidden TV” room. Only one catch, this lovely garden is deeded to the upper unit. Therefore only the view of the garden is included in the price.
Just a block away is 2454 Vallejo (Jessica Waterston, Hill & Co.), a 3 bedroom penthouse unit overlooking the bay, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate bridge for $3.199MM. There are a good number of stairs up to the condo but once you get there you are rewarded with this incredible view:
Almost as stunning as the view is the art collection on display which unfortunately is not included in the sale. But this amazing kitchen stays!
For those with larger budgets, this grand home at 2118 Vallejo (Barbara Callan, McGuire) is an incredible property offered at $8.85MM. Spanning 5 levels, each with stunning panoramic views north to the bay, Golden Gate Bridge and beyond, it offers 4 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, 5 walk-out terraces with views, an incredible master suite with over-sized his and hers walk-in closets (with bay views!), media room, 2 sitting rooms, au-pair quarters, 2 car parking and a lovely landscaped garden. Since I love a great view, here’s a sample:
And I can’t help but include the closet and accompanying view from the dressing area – enjoy!
