Life can change in an instant. I learned today that a beloved colleague and friend died while on vacation with her family. She was young and left behind a husband and two small children. A tragedy that is unexpected and shocking. It is a reminder to let those dearest to me know just how much I love them. It also reminds me to focus my love and attention on people who truly value me, root for my success and happiness, and make this journey on earth the most joyful and deeply loving experience that it can be.
