* Technically adept. For some reason, the real estate industry seems to lag behind just about every other industry in its technical advances. Stephanie works hard to overcome the limits of the industry – she was constantly available to me via email, phone and sms and she set up electronic signature so that I could sign documents from my blackberry while on vacation.

She worked her butt off for us and we sold our condo in 3 days and got asking price–at the beginning of the housing bust when we thought it might sit for ages. She has an aggressive marketing strategy and does a nice job of balancing her opinion with what you want. In the end, I think we did everything she wanted…and she was right! Stephanie was fantastic. From our first meeting we could tell she was very sharp and knowledgeable about market conditions, financing options, neighborhoods, and much more. She showed us lots of nice places and asked the right questions to help us work out what we were looking for. When she finally found a place that was just right for us, she set up a private viewing for us the next day and helped us move quickly to make an offer on it, walking us through all the documents very clearly and thoroughly.
